Customer Account Manager - Clydebank



Customer Account Manager - Are you a customer/sales focused individual who wants to work for a forward thinking and growing company? Well our client a leading high-street branch network within the consumer credit and finance industry would like to meet you.



The Role:

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Managing all aspects of existing customer accounts

· The lending and collecting of loans

· Business Development

· Making credit and underwriting decisions

· Discussing problems with customer in arrears

· Providing after sales customer service



Could you be a Customer Account Manager?



Our client is looking for individuals with:

· Previous experience within a loans, credit, insurance or financial services organisation would be an advantage BUT not essential

· Worked face to face with customers within a targeted environment

· Have the ability to work on your own initiative with a desire to succeed

· Must possess and be able to demonstrate excellent communication, problem solving skills

· Previous telesales/sales/collections experience would be an advantage

· Must be flexible with regards to working hours (late nights and Saturday work)

· Essential: Must possess a full UK driving licence



The Package:

Our client will offer you a package consisting of good basic, £14,500-£16,000k (depending on experience) with excellent bonus potential upto 100% of your salary PLUS first rate benefits and a good working environment and culture that you would expect from one of the most successful finance organisations.
