ROLE:

To manage the framework process from learner start through to certification delivering all parts of the LSC documentation and the NVQ. The Key Performance Indicators for this role are:

• Achievement of Starts Targets

• Achievement of frameworks within funded timescales

• Compliance of organisational processes



PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To carry out all processes as laid down by ‘Standards and Curriculum’ and ‘Quality’

2. To carry out regular scheduled visits / phone calls to all learners

3. To complete the NVQ with each learner as per the company methodology

4. To manage the framework achievement within funding period.

5. To ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly and legible before submitting to office

6. Liaise with and escalate issues to management team

7. In line with the companies emerging policies and values, and the Investors In People philosophy:

• Demonstrate highest levels of integrity to financial expenditure

• Manage personal and career development.



PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

1. Excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to write reports based on data and other forms of information

2. Must have two years experience as an NVQ Assessor in a retail environment

3. A requirement for interpersonal skills

4. To be professional, accountable and responsible for work ethics

5. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise

6. The ability to work under pressure

7. The role requires an element of flexibility to achieve timely targets
